Does this work inspire you?
Perform highly repetitive manual duties. Use judgment to comply with clearly prescribed oral or written instructions and procedures to assemble, inspect, package single or multi-unit products provided by any of several production operations, and test items produced in a medical device manufacturing environment. Works independently with minimal direction and occasionally trains others. Able and willing, as needed, to cross-train in multiple areas within the plant.
What is the work you will be doing?
Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations. Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
Maintain work area in clean and orderly condition.
May be required to transport heavy products using carts, hand trucks to holding/storage locations.
Prepare and label product packaging components provided and positioned at work station by others. May be required to print, reconcile or obtain labels as necessary.
May be required to count WIP (work in progress) and place on work station and assemble/package and/or place for next operation as instructed.
Receive finished products, assemble/package where number of units is specified. Place product into finished goods cartons and stack on adjacent pallets as required.
Visually check for obvious defects, referring to area specific inspection standard, cull out defective product and inform operator/team leader.
Record production data and complete various forms as instructed.
Perform 6S audits.
Perform pass or fail tests using measurement instruments or devices;
May be required to perform simple mechanical duties such as clearing jams, feeding products, and starting and stopping auxiliary operations (e-stop?).
May be required to train and instruct other Associates on assigned operations or required tasks.
May be required to complete and review controlled documentation (DHRs).
Partner with Operator as appropriate.
Perform other similar or related duties as instructed by supervision with or without accommodation.
## Qualifications
Do you have these experiences or skills?
English (written and verbal literacy)
Basic math
Effective communication
Able to take direction and work within a team setting
1 to 2 years of direct manufacturing experience is preferred.
Do you have these professional or academic certifications?
High School Diploma or GED
Are you able and willing to work in these conditions?

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and reach above head during entire shift.
Must possess good eye-hand coordination.
Must have good dexterity to be able to perform hand assembly/packing duties.
Work environment may be noisy and dusty with fluctuating temperatures

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
