Menck Windows, located in Chicopee, MA, has an exciting opportunity for a Window Assembler and Glazer who will be an integral part of our team as we continue to ramp up our manufacturing operation.
About the Position
The Window Assembler and Glazer will be responsible for all aspects of window and door assembly and glazing. The individual is ultimately responsible for producing a high quality, elegant finished product. This is a full-time, first shift position.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Prior window assembly and glazing experience, as well as basic woodworking skills
The ability to read and interpret specifications
Impeccable attention to detail and pride in one's work
Intermediate computer skills
The ability to safely manage heavy and awkward windows and doors, using safe lifting practices
The ability to maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment
The desire to work in a team environment and effectively collaborate with co-workers
A willingness to travel occasionally for job training

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
