years of experience in high volume injection molding manufacturing environment managing process development and NEW PRODUCT PRODUCTION setup projects to join division of global company located in Massachusettes.
Shall:
Analyze customer requirements and oversee projects from concept through production.
Investigate and propose new injection molding and technologies.
Maintain and improve injection molding production lines.
Innitiate programs to reduce costs, improve material flow, expand capacity and continuously improve.
Coach, mentor and train technical staff.
Requirements:
BS degree in engineering or similar.
Hands-on knowledge of injection molding machines and tooling.
Knowledge of lean methodologies.
