Job Summary
Perform repetitive manual duties requiring some judgment to comply with clearly prescribed oral or written instructions and procedures to assemble/inspect/package single or multi unit products provided by any of several production operations.
Essential Functions
Assemble components of products following prescribed instructions; may be required to use positioned outlines for placement and size of product component and/or product and place or move to next cell operation.
Receive finished products, single or multi product units, inspect for obvious defects, cull and discard defective products and/or inform Operator of defects.
Prepare product containers and shipper cartons provide by others. Label containers and shipper cartons as required and as provided and/or obtained from adjacent station. Assemble/ package where number of units may be designated by container size.
May be required to weigh filled product container to ensure weight is within prescribed go or no go limits.
Place product containers into shipper cartons and stack on adjacent skids as required.
May be required to transport heavy products using carts, hand walkers to holding/storage locations.
Record such as production data and complete various simple forms as instructed.
Perform any duties inherent to lower Level Associates.
Detect and report obviously defective materials or malfunctioning of any equipment used to operator or proper supervision. Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations. Wear all required protective devices and apparel. Maintain work area in clean and orderly condition.
Perform other similar or related duties as instructed by supervision.

Minimum Requirements:
Skills/Competencies: English (written and verbal literacy), Basic math, effective communication.

1 Able to lift up to fifty pounds (with assistance if required).
